* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase from the northwest later today into this evening behind a cold front.
